We are thrilled to announce that our subsidiary brand, Equigroup, has merged with CHG-MERIDIAN! All of our Australian and New Zealand customers now benefit from enhanced capabilities, expanded expertise and a more customer-centric approach.
Since CHG-MERIDIAN's acquisition of Equigroup in September 2018, we have successfully operated both brands in the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ region) for the past 5 years. To deliver more value to our customers and support our international growth strategy, Equigroup merged with CHG-MERIDIAN on 8 April 2024. Merging the brands is an important milestone for the ANZ region and will strengthen our position to help our customers solve their technology challenges.
As CHG-MERIDIAN, all of our Australian and New Zealand customers benefit from comprehensive end-to-end support, from high procurement capacity to sustainable circular economy solutions. They now have access to our international expertise in solution design, expanded capabilities, and more focused support. With 45 years of market expertise and experience in technology usage models across 30 countries on 5 continents, we are well-positioned to support our customers in the ANZ region and beyond.
